My Primary role is looking after the car parks attached to our property, these are at Tarn Hows, Tom Gill, Ash landing, Harrowslack and Blea Tarn, all of which are beautiful spots. I also get to help my work colleagues with duties such as gardening maintenance, dry stone walling, fencing and just about anything I can find.
I have fond memories as a child holidaying in the Lakes, and I want anyone visiting to experience the same magic I did, and still do everyday.
I enjoy hiking, cycling (on and off road), running, swimming, kayaking, drawing, photography, and bonsai, above all I just love to be outside.
The National Trust is Europe's largest conservation charity. In the Lake District, we look after a
quarter of the National Park, 125 mountains, 24 lakes, 59 listed buildings, 14 holiday cottages, 3
campsites and 90 tenanted farms. We welcome 19 million visitors throughout the year, opening the
Lakes up for ever, for everyone - Four seasons, One Lake District.
